Membership is by application. FACETS operates a small, working network of Sri Lankan mines, cutters, traders and dealers whose credentials have been individually verified and whose trade practice has been reviewed.

Applications close 31 May 2026. Verification takes 6–8 weeks. Onboarded members are announced quarterly.
Current mining, cutting, dealer or exporter licence issued by the National Gem and Jewellery Authority. Verified annually against the NGJA register.
Written references from two existing FACETS members or from a member of the Sri Lanka Gem and Jewellery Association board.
A FACETS trade officer visits your premises in person. Applies to all applicants; no exceptions for volume or reputation.
Review of your treatment disclosure policy, invoicing standards, and export documentation practices against FACETS trade code.
Featured in searchable directory alongside {count} verified peers.
Apply directly to fulfil live buyer requests routed through the platform.
Warm intros from verified international buyers, pre-qualified and briefed.
Right to display the FACETS Verified mark on your own site and materials.
